1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nexus IQ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Enterprise customers are governed by their Master Service Agreement which takes precedence over these general terms.

2. Platform Services

Nexus IQ provides an industrial intelligence platform including edge connectivity, digital twin modeling, AI agent orchestration, and analytics capabilities. Service availability and SLAs are defined in your enterprise agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, ensuring authorized access to connected systems, complying with applicable industrial regulations, and using the platform in accordance with intended operational purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

Nexus IQ retains all rights to platform technology, algorithms, and methodologies. Customers retain full ownership of their operational data, process configurations, and custom implementations built on the platform.

5. Service Level Agreement

Platform availability, support response times, and performance guarantees are defined in your enterprise SLA. Standard availability target is 99.9% for cloud-hosted deployments with 24/7 critical incident support.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexus IQ provides the platform as an operational decision support system. Final operational decisions remain the responsibility of qualified personnel. Liability terms are specified in enterprise agreements.

7. Modifications

Nexus IQ may update these terms with notice to customers. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes require 30-day advance notice.
